We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Undergarments and swimwear for hygiene reasons
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@1tweezyapparel.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Layaway Program
Our layaway program allows you to reserve items with a deposit and pay over time. By enrolling in layaway, you agree to the following:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate a layaway plan
- Monthly payments are due on the agreed schedule
- Failure to make payments may result in forfeiture of your deposit
- Items are held for the duration of the layaway period and shipped upon full payment
