Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your package's weight, dimensions, and delivery address. The exact rate from your carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) will be shown before you pay.

* Delivery times are estimates and begin after the processing period. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

During sale events and holidays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will notify you by email if there are significant delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through:

  • Your account at My Orders
  • The carrier's website using your tracking number
  • The tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email

If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location:

  • Canada: 7–14 business days — rates calculated at checkout
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–21 business days — rates calculated at checkout
  • Other countries: Contact us for availability

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Custom & Print-on-Demand Items

Some items in our store are produced on demand by our fulfillment partners (Printful, JetPrint). These items may have additional production time of 3–7 business days before shipping. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout account for production time.

Custom/personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Please keep all original packaging when reporting a damaged shipment — photos are required for carrier claims.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing an order, contact us right away at support@1tweezyapparel.com — we can only modify addresses before the order is shipped.
